PYA Ballard Innovation Award Competition Names Finalists

Neural network training and AI assessment innovator Authentrics.AI has been selected as a finalist in the PYA Ballard Innovation Award Competition.

On Monday, March 25, Authentrics.ai was named a finalist in the PYA Ballard Innovation Award competition.   

The PYA Ballard Innovation Award recognizes East Tennessee entrepreneurs and startups that demonstrate “clear innovations” and “focus on empowering the consumer to become more informed and engaged.”  

“I’m excited to have the opportunity to compete and extremely pleased to be considered,” said Authentrics.ai CEO John E. Derrick.   

As a leader with nearly twenty years in the artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) industry, Derrick has focused his research and innovation on “technologies that can transform markets by solving hard(er) problems.”

Next Steps for the Competition

Authentrics.ai will now move on to the Pitch Competition and Reception held April 10 in Knoxville, Tennessee where the winner will be announced, and prizes will be distributed.
